1KA Registration and Login
You can register for the 1KA online tool (create an 1KA user account) using your email address or your Google account.
You can then use this account to log in to the 1KA tool.

Archives
The 'ARCHIVE' tab allows you to access:
Archives:
- 'Questionnaire', where you can make an archive copy of the questionnaire, download the questionnaire to your computer or restore it from an archive file. More >>
- 'Data', where you can make an archive copy of the data, download it to your computer or restore it from an archive file. More >>
- 'Invitations', where you can see when e-invitations were sent and to how many recipients, as well as any errors in sending. More >>
- 'Analyses', which you may have previously archived in analyses. More >>
- 'Test entries', where you can see the number of test data in the survey and the number of automatically generated test entries. More >>
Export Survey (.1ka):
- 'Questionnaire without data', where you can save an archive file of the questionnaire on your computer. More >>
- 'Questionnaire and data', where you can save an archive file of the questionnaire together with the data on your computer. More >>
Tracking Changes
- 'Questionnaire changes', where you can access information about changes to the questionnaire - date of modification, user who made the changes, etc. More >>
- 'Data changes', the archive of changes, is displayed the first time respondents' answers are changed, edited or copied. More >>
- 'Append/merge data', where you can access information about changes to the questionnaire, data and imported data. More >>
