Vprašalnik
Zavihek 'VPRAŠALNIK' omogoča:
4. Dodatno urejanje in preverjanje vprašalnika
'zapri vse'.
5. Knjižnica vprašanj in anket
Dostopate lahko do javne knjižnice, iz katere lahko kopirate vprašanja in ankete, ter do osebne knjižnice, v katero vprašanja in ankete lahko dodajate ali pa jih iz nje kopirate.

Questionnaire
The 'QUESTIONNAIRE' offers access to the following options:
1. Adding questions
There are several different types of questions. In the basic and advanced options of each question, you can set the layout, name, limits, visibility of the question, answer values, classify the question as a system variable that can be used for notifications and email invitations, etc.
2. Editing the questionnaire
You can edit the structure of the questionnaire with conditions, loops, blocks, computations and page breaks. You can also edit the whole questionnaire in a condensed view, which is recommended especially for large and complex questionnaires. With the help of the glossary, you can also add definitions to the questions and answers, which are displayed to the respondent when the mouse hovers over a word.
3. Archiving the questionnaire
It is possible to create archive versions of the questionnaire and to restore them from archive files. The questionnaire can also be copied, deleted (irreversibly, except with the help of an administrator) and exported in PDF or RTF (Word) format.
4. Further editing and checking of the questionnaire
It is possible to make batch text corrections by clicking on the 'Find and replace words' icon, to add a page break between all questions (the 'Add page break between all questions' icon), to check the correctness of the conditions set (as an aid to correct any errors, the 'Check the correctness of the conditions set' icon), and to renumerate all questions (to solve the problem of duplicate variable names, the 'Renumerate' icon). All of the above functionality can be found in the advanced settings (click on the three dots icon above the questions). It is also possible to open or close all conditions, blocks and loops by clicking on the 'Open' or 'Close' icons visible above the questions.
5. Library of questions and surveys
You can access a public library from which you can copy questions and surveys, and a personal library (My Library) to which you can add or copy questions and surveys.
Placing Answers on a Stripe
In the 'Table - Classic table' and 'Table - Semantic differential' question types, answers can be shown on stripes. The 'Show answers on stripe' option is located in the question settings, in the 'Basic' tab.
After enabling this option, the following settings become available:
- number of answers - horizontally (from 1 to 12);
- with which number does the stripe start (eg. 0 or 1);
- the number of titles on the stripe's upper part (from 0 to 12).
Example of a survey with answers on a stripe (Net Promoter Score) >>
Due to the customized display of tables on mobile phones, the stripe layout will not be shown on mobile devices (the table will revert to its default layout).
'Take a Picture' Question Type
You can include the 'Take a picture' question type in the questionnaire, which can be found among all question types. The question allows the respondent to take 'selfies' and other photos.
Completing the survey on a mobile device
If the respondent is completing the survey on a mobile device, a camera icon will be displayed for the 'Take a picture' question type. When the icon is clicked, the default photo-taking application opens (if supported by the mobile browser). The respondent is shown the photo taken and then has the option to confirm the displayed photo or cancel and take a new one. When the photo is confirmed, the respondent is returned to the survey, where the photo is also displayed. The respondent can then take another picture if they are not satisfied with the existing one, or delete the picture.
Completing the survey on a computer
If the respondent completes the survey on a computer, the question will be displayed in two ways:
- If the computer has a camera connected, the question will ask for permission to access the camera. Once the user confirms and allows access to the camera, the camera will be displayed on the left side of the screen, and if the user clicks on the camera icon, the photo taken will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- If the computer does not have a camera, the question behaves in the same way as the 'File upload' question type. The respondent can upload any photo as a file (the prerequisite is a file with an extension indicating an image).

In the analyses and data, the photo is stored as a link (URL) to the photo. The survey editor has the possibility to edit the link (delete or replace it).
Set Up of Drag and Drop Question Type
The 'Categories - Single answer', 'Categories – Multiple answers', 'Classic table – Single answer table' and 'Classic table – Multiple answer table' question types enable the use of a drag and drop question set up. When editing questions, drag and drop can be chosen as a layout in the right side question settings, in the 'Basic' tab.
Drag and drop in the 'Categories – Single answer' question type
The respondent answers the question by double-clicking on the answer, moving or dragging the answer from the left column to the right column and dropping it there. For a single answer category question, only one answer can be dragged into the right-hand column. If the respondent drags another answer into the right column, it will be replaced. The respondent can also move the answer from the right column back to the left column.
Drag and drop in the 'Categories – Multiple answers' question type
The respondent answers the question by dragging the answers from the left column to the right column with the mouse and dropping or double-clicking on the answer. For a multiple-choice question, multiple answers can be dragged into the right-hand column. The respondent can also move the answer from the right column back to the left column.
Drag and drop in the 'Table - Single answer' question type
The respondent answers the question by dragging the answer from the left column with the mouse to the corresponding category on the right. Multiple answers can be dragged into a category on the right. The respondent can also move the answer from the right column back to the left column. They can transfer answers from one category to another.
Drag and drop in the 'Table - Multiple answers' question type
The respondent answers the question by dragging the answer from the left column with the mouse to the corresponding category on the right. In doing so, the same answer can be dragged into several different categories. Multiple answers can be dragged into a single category on the right-hand side. If the respondent wishes to remove an answer from the category on the right, they can do so by double-clicking on the answer.
When using the drag-and-drop layout for tables (single answer and multiple answers), you can specify the format for displaying the answers as frames (default) or boxes.
