Settings
In the 'MY SURVEYS' directory, all users have access to the 'SETTINGS' - 'User settings' tab (links are accessible to logged in users), where they can view the following settings:
- Interface settings: where the user can select the default interface language and enable the ONECLICK Survey Creation option.
- Basic settings: the user can specify whether the survey is locked when activated and whether comments should be enabled when the survey is created. At the same time, the user can also specify whether the introduction, conclusion and title of the survey are displayed for the respondent when the survey is created.
There is also a 'SETTINGS' - 'Change Archive' tab, where you can see the login history and the history of changes: you have an overview of the logins to your profile and the most recent changes. The IP address, date and time tables are displayed, as well as the change in the case of the change table.
In the 'SETTINGS' - 'Edit profile' tab, the user can access user data, set up notifications, add an alternative email address, set up two-factor authentication and delete their 1KA account.
Administrators also have access to additional sub-tabs in the 'SETTINGS' tab:
- System settings: where they can change general settings for all surveys, e.g. who can edit surveys, what are the installation limitations, etc.
- Estimated duration: where they can provide the estimated time needed for the survey intro page and for each question type; based on this, the application calculates the duration for each survey separately.
- Set custom URL: list of surveys where the URL has been changed or where a custom URL has been added.
- Help surveys: list of surveys for which the authors have given access to the Help Centre.
- Deleted surveys: option to restore deleted surveys.
- Deleted data: option to restore deleted data.
- Tooltips: in this subtab, it is possible to edit the help/info pop-ups.
