GDPR profile
In the 'My surveys' directory (link is only accessible to users logged into 1KA) all users have the 'GDPR' tab (link is only accessible to users logged into 1KA), where you can see the following settings and options that apply to all user surveys:
- General settings, where the user (editor of surveys) can edit his GDPR profile (enter his data, data on the authorized person for personal data protection (DPO)). More >>
- A list of surveys, where the user has an overview of their surveys, with particular emphasis on surveys that are potentially exposed to GDPR (collecting personal data). More >>
- DPA, a written version of a Data Processing Agreement between a 1KA user and 1KA service. More >>
- Processing requests, that allows you to view all requests for deletion, alteration or access to personal data provided by respondents for all user surveys. More >>

List of surveys
The survey list shows all surveys of a user together with an indication of whether the survey is a potential GDPR-binding survey (the survey collects personal data). To identify potential GDPR-binding surveys, 1KA automatically checks whether:
- the system for sending e-mail invitations is enabled,
- the telephone survey module is enabled,
- variables 'firstname', 'lastname', 'email', 'firstname', 'lastname' are present in the survey,
- the location question type is present in the survey.
In the case of a GDPR-binding survey, the user must indicate this accordingly. In this case, the survey automatically provides you with additional options for editing the GDPR-required consent of the respondents.
