1KA UPGRADE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED (26.02.20)

On Sunday, March 1, 2026, we successfully updated 1KA.si and Oneclicksurvey.com. Virtual domains and 1ka.arnes.si were also updated. The release includes a range of improvements and fixes aimed at enhancing system stability and overall user experience.

Key updates and improvements:

• 7-day free trial of the 3KA package: A 7-day free trial of the 3KA package has been introduced on 1KA and Oneclicksurvey. The trial provides full access to all package features. Activation does not require entering credit card details. During the trial period, users can access advanced functionalities in full and evaluate them in real survey projects.
• NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvements: Fixes and performance optimizations have been implemented to improve the stability and reliability of the NPS question type.
• Editorial access update The process for assigning editorial access to surveys has been updated. In multilingual surveys, a registered user can now be assigned as an editor for a specific survey language. This role provides access exclusively to the selected language version, without access to other languages or survey settings.
• Email invitation interface update Improvements and fixes have been applied to the email interface, including updates to the unsubscribe handling process when sending invitations through the 1KA system.
