1KA UPGRADE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED (25.10.04)

On Sunday, October 12, 2025, we successfully upgraded the www.1KA.si tool. Virtual domains have also been updated. The upgrade includes several improvements and fixes that will contribute to more efficient system operation and an enhanced user experience.

Among the most important improvements, we highlight:

• New NPS (Net Promoter Score) question: We have added a new type of question, located under the category - One answer: NPS setup. The question allows you to measure user satisfaction and loyalty by calculating the NPS result, which is automatically displayed in the analyses. The graphical display of NPS results is still under development and will be included in one of the next updates.
• Improved graphical display of data: we have optimized the labels in the graphs and the colors of the graphs for a simpler and clearer graphical display of data.
• New pre-prepared answer suggestions, such as importance, probability, frequency, trust, and many others.
• Improvements to the Invitations tab (sending email invitations).
• Optimization of Excel exports for larger surveys.
• Improved user experience when adding questions, publishing surveys, and using conditions (IF) in questions.
• Optimized question display when completing a survey.
• Important fixes related to ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation (more >>),
• new Email Access module, which enables secure access to the survey via a one-time code sent to the respondent's email address (more >>).
• For surveys that contain multiple languages, we have enabled the export of certain analyses into the survey translations. This allows you to present the results clearly and easily in the individual survey languages.

After each upgrade, we recommend refreshing the page with CTRL + F5 or deleting files and images from the cache with CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. More >>
