Generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and Copilot offer valuable support in developing survey questions. They provide quick access to a wide range of knowledge, diverse sources, and content suggestions.
In 1KA, you can use them in two ways:
1) Using the integrated “Create with AI” feature: In 1KA, you can simply submit your requirements to the AI tool, which then prepares suitable suggestions and automatically transfers them into the questionnaire. This functionality is ideal for users who want to quickly create content-oriented surveys without additional iterations.
2) Advanced questionnaire development in a selected AI tool: In general, we recommend first designing the entire questionnaire in the AI tool of your choice, as this allows you to make iterative improvements, refine questions, and precisely define the structure. Once the questionnaire is ready, you can easily import it into 1KA using the “Text Import” feature. When copying or entering the text, the following requirements must be observed: there must be an empty line between individual questions, and each response category or sub-question must be written on its own line. Upon import, all questions are automatically transferred into 1KA as either “Category – Single Answer” or “Text (open-ended question).” Other question types can be freely modified afterwards, which is quick and straightforward in 1KA.
