Technical support and development

Technical support and development include reliable professional assistance in resolving technical challenges and adapting the system to your needs. These include standardized services (e.g. restoration of deleted questionnaires or data) as well as custom services such as installation support, additional software customizations, or system support for more complex projects.

Technical support

  • Simple restoration of deleted questionnaires or data caused by user error (deletion of entire questionnaire or full survey responses of one or more respondents) 30 €
  • Advanced restoration of deleted questionnaires or data to a specific point in time (restoring test data, recovering a deleted question, etc.) 259 €

Development

69 € / hour

Engineering support: We provide expert technical assistance with installation, system support, and further development. The service is available via email, phone, or in-person consultation, with each started unit of consulting billed. For users with self-hosted installations, each initiated email or phone interaction is also billed.

The price list is valid from 1.4.2025. We reserve the right to change without notice. All prices are in EUR and excluding VAT; if they are carried out at the physical location of the user, the tariffs are increased by 50%.
