They are intended for organizations that want to ensure fast response times, reliable technical assistance, or expert methodological support in planning and executing projects. Within maintenance contracts, ongoing methodological and technical support services are available and can be tailored to user needs and project complexity.
Continuous methodological support
969 € / yearIf a maintenance contract is not concluded, user support is available in a limited scope. This mainly includes guidance to existing documentation and resolving potential technical issues. Support is provided exclusively via a web form, with a response time of one business day.
For faster response and broader methodological support, a maintenance contract is recommended, providing:
- Phone support during working hours (9:00–15:00) with a response time of up to 2 hours.
- Email support with the same response time during working hours.
- Priority handling of specific needs for new 1KA functionalities within development upgrades.
- Additional arrangements are possible for more complex projects, tailored to your needs.
Continuous technical support (1KA server)
969 € / year- Continuous technical support for custom installation on the 1KA server.
- Phone (8:00–16:00) and email support (2-hour response time).
- Priority handling of technical requirements.
- 1 backup restoration included (additional restorations are charged).
- One upgrade included (additional upgrades are charged).
- Response time less than one business day.
Continuous technical support (client server)
969 € / yearRemote access to the server for our technical staff is required.
- Availability of technical staff.
- Assistance with installation and interventions.
- One upgrade included.
